You can reach the Broker as a Service team by email or on Discord. Use whichever suits you; both reach the same people.

Email​

Write to info@chainflip-broker.io for integration questions, partnership requests, account changes and anything you would rather not discuss in public.

Discord​

You can reach the team on Discord with discord.gg/vwYhxrmDCx as invite link. It is the quickest way to ask a question while you integrate.

Reporting a security issue​

Please report vulnerabilities privately by email to info@chainflip-broker.io, not on Discord. The same contact is published in machine-readable form at chainflip-broker.io/.well-known/security.txt.

What to include​

To help us find your request quickly, mention:

  • The environment: Production or Testing.
  • For a swap: the swap id, or the deposit address and network, and roughly when the deposit was sent.
  • For a failed API call: the endpoint, and the traceId and code from the error response.
  • Your API key, or the email address your account is registered with. The API key is not a secret: it identifies your account and is safe to share.

Never send us your dashboard admin key or your password. We do not need them to look into a problem, and anyone who has them can sign in to your dashboard.

Commission and route changes do not need a message: you can make them yourself on the dashboard.
