You can reach the Broker as a Service team by email or on Discord. Use whichever suits you; both reach the same people.

## Reporting a security issue

Please report vulnerabilities privately by email to [info@chainflip-broker.io](mailto:info@chainflip-broker.io), not on Discord. The same contact is published in machine-readable form at [chainflip-broker.io/.well-known/security.txt](https://chainflip-broker.io/.well-known/security.txt).

## What to include

To help us find your request quickly, mention:

* The environment: [Production](https://docs.chainflip-broker.io/environments/production/) or [Testing](https://docs.chainflip-broker.io/environments/testing/).
* For a swap: the swap id, or the deposit address and network, and roughly when the deposit was sent.
* For a failed API call: the endpoint, and the `traceId` and `code` from the [error response](https://docs.chainflip-broker.io/features/error-codes/).
* Your API key, or the email address your account is registered with. The API key is not a secret: it identifies your account and is safe to share.

Never send us your dashboard admin key or your password. We do not need them to look into a problem, and anyone who has them can sign in to your dashboard.

Commission and route changes do not need a message: you can make them yourself on the dashboard.
